The personal account registered by a User on the pk635 platform, which grants access to betting markets, casino games, promotions and financial services offered by the Platform.
The total of all real-money funds and/or bonus funds held in a User's Account at any given time, excluding pending withdrawal requests.
Any promotional credit, free bet, free spin credit or matched deposit amount credited to a User's Account pursuant to a promotional offer. Bonus Funds are subject to separate wagering requirements and are distinct from real-money deposits.

During the registration process, you must provide accurate, current and complete information. You are responsible for updating your Account information promptly if any details change. pk635 accepts no liability for losses arising from inaccurate or outdated Account information provided by the User.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any wager placed using your Account credentials will be treated as having been placed by you, regardless of whether you personally authorised it.
If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify pk635 immediately via Live Chat or by email. We will take reasonable steps to investigate and, where appropriate, freeze Account activity pending resolution.
We reserve the right to request KYC documentation at any point, including at registration, prior to processing withdrawals, or following any change to Account details. In the event of any conflict between the general Terms and the specific product rules, the specific rules will prevail in respect of that product.
pk635 reserves the right to refuse, limit or void any wager at its absolute discretion. Bets are not accepted until confirmed by the Platform. A confirmation message or reference number serves as the record of a bet having been accepted.
Where a wager is placed on odds or terms that are clearly erroneous — for example, due to a system error, data feed failure or human input mistake — pk635 reserves the right to void such bets and return the stake to the User. "Clearly erroneous" is determined at the sole discretion of the operator.
In-play or live betting markets are subject to fast-changing odds and momentary delays in data feeds. pk635 is not liable for any losses arising from delays, suspensions or temporary unavailability of live markets. We reserve the right to suspend or void live markets at any time where data integrity cannot be confirmed.

Market settlement follows official match results as confirmed by the relevant governing body.
